All machines above $1000 and not stated as is will include a 30-day parts-only warranty covering essential operational components such as coin and bill acceptors, motors, and control boards.

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a machine is damaged in transit, the issue must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours. We will help with insurance claims

Cosmetic issues (scratches, paint wear, bulbs) are not grounds for return.

For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for two-way shipping and palletization costs. Refunds are issued after inspection and confirmation that the machine is returned in the same condition it left our warehouse.

No refunds are issued for shipping costs, pallet fees, or third-party charges once incurred.

Orders canceled before freight is arranged will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after freight is scheduled are subject to freight costs and any applicable selling platform fees (e.g., eBay). These costs will be deducted from your refund..
