Refund policy


⦁    Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
⦁    If a machine is damaged in transit, the issue must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours. We will help with insurance claims
⦁    Cosmetic issues (scratches, paint wear, bulbs) are not grounds for return.
⦁    For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for two-way shipping and palletization costs. Refunds are issued after inspection and confirmation that the machine is returned in the same condition it left our warehouse.
⦁    No refunds are issued for shipping costs, pallet fees, or third-party charges once incurred.

⦁    Orders canceled before freight is arranged will receive a full refund.
⦁    Orders canceled after freight is scheduled are subject to freight costs, These costs will be deducted from your refund..
