Parts Policy

All parts sold are USED or Refurbished unless clearly stated otherwise. Parts are inspected and tested for basic functionality before shipping.

Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery and are evaluated case by case. Returns does not cover :

  • Improper installation.
  • Electrical issues caused by wiring, power surges, or incompatible machines.
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, discoloration, rust, stickers, labels).
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee (10–20%) depending on the part type and condition upon return.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Parts must be securely packaged to prevent damage. Damaged returns will be denied.
  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and confirmation that the part is returned in the same condition it was shipped.


Transit Damage:

  • If a part arrives damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the part and packaging.
  • We will assist with the carrier insurance claim. Claims reported late will be denied.
