Ace Vending Distribution provides the following warranty on any vending machine that is priced over $1000 sold:

• 30-Day Limited Parts-Only Warranty on all machines
• 1-Year Parts-Only Warranty on new QFV machines
• Warranty coverage begins upon delivery of the machine

What the Standard Warranty Covers?

Replacement of defective parts only, during the warranty period

What the Standard Warranty Does NOT Cover?

The standard warranty does not include:

• Labor or service calls
• Shipping, freight, or handling costs
• Normal wear and tear

• Damage or failure caused by:

1. Improper setup or assembly
2. Poor maintenance or storage
3. Misuse or abuse
4. Defacement or vandalism
5. Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty is void immediately if the machine is:

• Used for anything other than its intended purpose
• Modified in any way after shipping from Vending Concepts

Limitation of Liability

Ace Vending Distribution,including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers, is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Lost savings or deposits
• Loss of location
• Loss or spoilage of product
• Replacement costs
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

How to Request Support
Technical support requests must be submitted:

• By calling our main office number (385 378 5881)

Support Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Time)
• Excludes holidays

Required Information
To submit a support request, the buyer must provide:

• Invoice number
• Name under which the machine was purchased
• Machine model
• Brief description of the issue
  

Response & Support Process

• Response time is 1–2 business days
• Support instructions will be provided by our team
• If necessary, a live phone support appointment will be scheduled
• Live phone support is only provided while the buyer is physically in front of the machine
• Ownership & Resale Policy
• Support is provided only to the original purchaser

If the equipment is resold, support does not transfer to the new owner

Optional Extended Warranty
For added protection and peace of mind, Ace Vending Distribution offers an optional Extended Warranty

Extended Warranty Coverage:

Live phone technical support

Ace Vending Dirstribution LLC Extended Warranty Does NOT Include

• Labor or on-site service
• Installation or service calls
• Accidental damage
• Gross misuse or abuse
  

Additional Notes:

• Coverage begins after the standard 30-day warranty period
• A deductible or service fee may apply at the time of claim
• Warranty availability and terms are subject to ACE Vending Distribution LLC guidelines
